Supporting each other

Season for Nonviolence
Each one of us has lived through
some devastation, some loneliness,
some weather superstorm or spiritual superstorm;
when we look at each other we must say,
I understand. I understand how you feel
because I have been there myself.
We must support each other
and empathize with each other
because each of us is more alike
than we are unalike.~ Maya Angelou

“The more Peace in us… the more….”

Season for Nonviolence
The more
peace there is in us,
the more peace there will be
in our troubled world.
Practice:
What would the world be like if each of us valued, prioritized, and practiced the cultivation of inner peace?Today I lovingly tend to my inner world.

Season for Nonviolence: Carry the Vision

All that we do now
must be done in a sacred manner
and in celebration.

~ Hopi Elders

Practice
To relate to life as a sacred gift… this is what I celebrate today.
